- Dedicated Tooling rails with standard base mounted finger tools dedicated to transferring a particular part.
- May use Atlas’ standard aluminum extruded 2” x 4” or 4” x 4” tooling rails.
- Includes automatic attach/detach for mechanical, electrical and pneumatic connection to Atlas FLEX Transfer, or mounts for other manufacturer transfers.
- Option for docking onto Bolster mounted Atlas standard “Parking Stanchions” for ease of finger change during die change.
- Internal electrical wiring for connection to part present sensors.
- Pneumatic valves when required are mounted in close proximity to the associated actuator for quick response time.
- Pneumatic valves are hard piped to the tooling rail with internally protected wiring.
