Internal Wedge Assemblies
Atlas’ Internal Wedge Assemblies are available in a 1″ and 1.25″ diameter to accommodate both of our FLEX Finger Tooling Series 100 & 125. Our internal wedges are constructed to tolerate maximum clamping force and maintain their orientation with the shovel or crossbar.
Features & Benefits
- Machined to close tolerance for maximum clamping force on inside diameter of all tooling arms.
- Used for mounting all standard stamped steel shovels and crossbars to all tooling arms.
- Machined key engages the slot on the shovels and crossbars to maintain radial orientation.
- Available in 1” diameter Series 100 and 1-1/4” Series 125.
