- Atlas standard 4” x 4” extruded aluminum tooling rails with the appropriate quantity of Quick-Change receivers, permanently mounted in a fixed location.
- Quick-Change receiver quantity is calculated with the ability to handle enough fingers for current die sets, as well as all potential future die sets.
- All receivers are internally wired to the tooling rails for part present detection.
- All receivers have dedicated pneumatic valves mounted on the tooling rails in close proximity to their respective receivers for quick response actuation of pneumatic actuators.
