Atlas Technologies was founded in 1965 in Atlas, Michigan. The company was originally named “Atlas Automation” and specialized as a Pressroom Automation Equipment Builder before expanding its reach into markets such as Sheet Metal Handling, Metal Forming & Fabrication, and Robotics. Atlas was acquired by Stonebridge Technical Enterprises in 2020 which brought in more expertise around next generation drive train automation technology.
During the 60-year journey, Atlas Technologies has found themselves leading the conversation around quick and efficient die change boasting hundreds of installations with companies across 4 continents. Atlas’ commitment to quality has earned them repeat business with leaders across multiple industries including; tier-1 automotive suppliers, heavy equipment, and appliance manufacturers.
Atlas Technologies’ long standing success would not have been possible without the support of its highly skilled technical staff, some with 40+ years of seniority. Newly added Project Manager Jaylin Steedman said “I like working for Atlas because they make you feel like more than just another fish in the pond.
